With more than 24 years of experience in healthcare, she has dedicated her career to caring for others, leading teams, and inspiring meaningful change. She began her nursing journey after earning her Associate’s Degree in Nursing from Gwynedd Mercy College in 2002, followed by her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Jefferson University in 2007. Driven by a commitment to leadership and professional growth, she later completed her Master of Business Administration from Stockton University in 2017.

Her professional background is rooted in Trauma and Surgical Care, where she has served at the bedside and leadership. Throughout her career, she has led diverse teams, developed new leaders, and fostered work environments built on integrity, compassion, and excellence.

The COVID-19 pandemic had a profound impact on her—as it did for all healthcare workers. Experiencing the fear, loss, and emotional toll firsthand deepened her belief in the importance of self-care, confidence, and overall well-being. This ultimately inspired her to pursue her long-standing passion for aesthetics and beauty. In 2021, she earned her Nurse Injector certification through Beautiphi Academy in Michigan, allowing her to blend her clinical expertise with her love for helping others feel their best.

Today, she is proud to co-own a Med Spa centered on listening, understanding, and creating natural, confidence-enhancing results. Whether she is performing injections or managing the business, her mission is consistent: to ensure every client feels heard, valued, and authentically themselves.

Outside of the hospital and the office, she finds joy in the simple moments that make life meaningful. She loves shopping, decorating, and creating beautiful spaces where family and friends can gather and feel at home. Entertaining brings her genuine happiness—she has a gift for making people feel welcomed, cared for, and surrounded by positivity. Her greatest joy comes from spending time with her fiancé and children, cheering them on at their sports, and enjoying the everyday moments that make their family life so full. She also has a soft spot for animals, who add even more love and warmth to her home.

Laura Nastasi is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner whose passion for aesthetic medicine is rooted in both clinical expertise and personal experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rhode Island College in 2018 and completed her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner through Chamberlain University in 2025. Laura is also certified in Neurotoxin and Dermal Filler administration through The Institute for Laser Medicine.

With a nursing career she considers one of her greatest blessings, Laura brings compassion, precision, and a deeply personalized approach to every client she treats. Her journey into aesthetics began after her own struggles with cystic acne—an experience that shaped her appreciation for medical-grade skincare and evidence-based treatments. Regaining her confidence inspired her mission: to help others feel equally empowered in their natural beauty.

Outside the treatment room, Laura is happiest by the ocean, working out at the gym, exploring new destinations, reading a good book, or biking outdoors. She looks forward to guiding each client toward results that feel authentic, refined, and beautifully natural.

Catie is an experienced Registered Nurse Injector at Nourish Aesthetics and Wellness in Northfield, NJ, where she blends over a decade of high-acuity nursing expertise with her passion for natural, confidence-boosting aesthetic care. A graduate of Thomas Jefferson University, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2014 and went on to develop a strong clinical foundation in the Emergency Room, Trauma ICU, and Post-Anesthesia Care Unit.

Her transition into aesthetic medicine allowed her to channel her clinical skills into artistry. Catie completed her Medical Aesthetic Certification through the National Laser Institute, gaining advanced training in injectable treatments and cosmetic procedures. She is dedicated to providing subtle, balanced outcomes and believes that every client deserves a personalized approach that enhances their inherent beauty—not masks it.

Warm, attentive, and client-focused, Catie takes the time to understand each person’s goals to ensure they leave feeling like the best version of themselves.

When she’s not caring for clients, Catie enjoys life in South Jersey with her husband and their two children. She is excited to welcome new clients and help them feel confident, refreshed, and naturally radiant.

Kelsie is a dedicated Health Science student at Stockton University with a strong passion for the world of medical aesthetics. As she works toward becoming a nurse injector, she is committed to building a long-term career that blends beauty, skincare, and healthcare.

As the welcoming face of our office, Kelsie plays an essential role in helping patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk through our doors. She supports them throughout their journey at our practice, ensuring they feel informed, cared for, and confident every step of the way.

Kelsie chose aesthetics because she loves helping people feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. She has a growing interest in injectables, skin health, and mastering advanced techniques as she continues her education and professional training. Her goals include gaining hands-on experience in a med spa setting and eventually specializing in injectables and aesthetic treatments.

Always eager to learn, Kelsie enjoys staying up to date on the latest trends, products, and techniques in the beauty and wellness industry. Outside of school, she loves going to the gym, spending time with friends and family, and expressing her creativity through makeup and skincare.
